The match will be played between PBKS and RCB on April 20th from 3:30 pm onwards at the Punjab cricket association stadium; Both teams will be playing their 6th match also it will be the 27th match of this season, so let us look at the journey of both the teams in this IPl so far :
PBKS team analysis –

They played five matches till now in which they won 3 matches and lost two matches, currently holding 5th position on the points table.
The first match they played was against KKR on April 1st, and they won the game by seven runs. Bhanuka Rajpaksa played an exceptional game by scoring 50 runs while S.Dhawan scored 40 runs; Arshdeep Singh became the player of this match as he took three crucial wickets.
2nd match of PBKS was against the RR, and they won this game by five runs in which S.Dhawan scored 86 runs, and P.singh scored 60 runs while Arshdeep Singh took two wickets and N.Ellis got four wickets and was chosen as the player of the match.
On April 9th, they played their 3rd match, but they lost it by 8wickets, but in this match, despite the poor performance of PBKS, S.Dhawan stood out by scoring 99* runs in 66 balls.
They played their 4th match against the GT and lost this match, too, by six wickets.
After the poor performance of the players and losing the last two matches, they made a comeback by winning against the LSG on April 15th by two wickets. In this game, S. Raza scored 57 runs while Sam Curran got three wickets, and Kagiso Rabada got two wickets.
RCB team analysis –

Till now, RCB has played five matches and is in the 8th position of the table after winning two matches and losing 3.
The first match was played against the mighty and five times title holder MI, but RCB won the match with eight wickets in hand in just 16.2 overs. V. Kohli scored 82 runs in 49 balls, while Faf du Plessis scored 73 runs in 43 balls.
But in their 2nd match, they lost the game against the KKR by 81 runs, as most of the players, including the top performers of the previous game, didn’t play well; in this match, David Willey and Karn Sharma took two wickets.
However, the third match almost gave the fans a mini attack. In this match, both the Bowlers and the Batsmen played an excellent game as Faf du Plessis scored a massive 79 runs in 46 balls, Virat Kohli scored 61 runs in 44 balls, and Glenn Maxwell scored 59 runs in 29 balls. While The bowlers took nine wickets, with M.siraj and Wayne Parnel getting three wickets each and Harshal Patel getting two wickets, but unfortunately, they lost this match.
In the 4th match against the DC on April 15th, they made a comeback by winning the match by 23 runs; in this match, V.Kohli scored a half-century in 34 balls while from the bowler’s side, M.siraj got two wickets, and V.V.kumar got three wickets.
The last match they played was against the CSK, and they lost this match by eight runs; G.maxwell scored 76 runs, and Faf du Plessis scored 62 runs.
Conclusion:- Both teams have some of the best hitters and bowlers, and they are in great form.

Pitch report and records:-
The sky is clear with humidity of 28% and wind speed of 13km\hr. The pitch is batter friendly; however, in the initial phase of the game, it will support the pacers.
The chasing team has won 60% of the game on this ground, while the average first-inning score here is 160 runs.

Both the teams have played 30 matches against each other, in which PBKS won 17 matches, and RCB won 13 matches. However, in this match, chances of winning RCB is higher with most of the player in the form, But that doesn’t mean it will be one-sided match.
