While batting first in the game, the Rajasthan team scored 199 runs losing four wickets in 20 overs. Jos Buttler scored 79 runs for Rajasthan. Opener batsman Yashasvi played a brilliant inning of 60 runs in 31 balls. Simran Hetmyer scored 39 runs, Mukesh Kumar took two wickets while bowling for Delhi, and Kuldeep and Powell got one wicket each.
In response, Delhi Capitals could score only 142 runs after coming out to bat. Captain David Warner scored 65 runs for Delhi. Lalit Yadav scored 38 runs. Boult and Chahal took three wickets each while bowling for Rajasthan. Sandeep Sharma got one wicket, while Ashwin took two wickets.
