England player Will Jacks was ruled out of IPL 2023 due to injury. Bangalore included Will Jacques in his team in the mini-auction this year. The RCB management has included New Zealand all-rounder Michael Bracewell instead of Will Jacques.
Bracewell is an excellent batsman for the New Zealand team, and he also scored a century in ODIs against India this year. He scored 140 runs in 78 balls.
Bracewell has played 16 T20 matches for New Zealand. In which he scored 113 runs and also took 21 wickets.
Bracewell has never played in the IPL. Royal Challengers Bangalore’s first match this season will be on April 2 against the five-time IPL-winning team Mumbai Indians.
