Lucknow Super Giants defeated Sunrisers Hyderabad by five wickets in the match played at Ekana Stadium in Lucknow last Evening.
Batting first, the Hyderabad team scored 121 runs losing eight wickets in 20 overs. Rahul Tripathi scored 34 runs, While wicketkeeper Anmolpreet Singh scored 31 runs. Krunal Pandya dismissed captain Aiden Markaram without scoring any runs. In the end, Abdul Samad scored 21 runs in 10 balls to reach Hyderabad’s score of 121. Krunal Pandya took three wickets while bowling for Lucknow. Amit Mishra took two wickets, While Yash Thakur and Ravi Bishnoi got one wicket each.
In response, the Lucknow team came out to bat and won the match by scoring 127 runs in 16 overs. Captain Rahul scored 35 runs from Lucknow. In contrast, Krunal Pandya scored 34 runs.
Adil Rashid took two wickets while bowling for Hyderabad. While Umran Malik, Fazal Farooqui, and Bhuvneshwar got one wicket each.
