Mumbai Indians beat Sunrisers Hyderabad on their home ground. Five-time IPL winners MI once again showed why they are the best teams by beating SRH on their home ground. SRH won the toss and decided to ball first.
Batting first, MI scored 192 runs on the scoreboard after losing five wickets. Cameroon Green played an exceptional inning for the MI by scoring 64 runs in 40 balls; captain of the team Rohit Sharma also played his part by hitting six boundaries and scoring 28 runs in 18 balls, while I. Kishan and Tilak Verma scored 38(31) and 37(17) runs, respectively. While For the SRH, Marco Jansen took two wickets in the form of Ishan Kishan and Surya Kumar Yadav, while Bhubaneshwar Kumar and T.natarajan got one wicket each. In response, SRH struggled from the beginning with only two successful players, namely Mayank Sharma, who scored 48 runs in 41 balls, and H.klaasen scored 36 runs in 16 balls, While the captain of the SRH scored 22 runs in 17 balls.
After the Batting lineup of the MI, the bowlers also dominated the game. They kept the pressure on the SRH in the second half of the game from beginning J.Behrendorff, R.Meredith, and P.Chawla got two wickets each, and C.Green got one wicket while the young star of MI Arjun Tendulkar got its first wicket of his IPL career.
